DAVID MINOR
Registered Social Worker & Registered Clinical Counsellor
Meet David, RSW #14353 | RCC #18694
Hi, I’m David Minor, a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University.
Before transitioning into counselling, I served as a Jail Guard and Special Constable with the Vancouver Police Department, where I saw firsthand the toll that chronic stress and trauma can take on those in service. That experience shaped my dedication to supporting first responders and others navigating high-stakes environments and life transitions.
My work is trauma-informed, strength-based, and collaborative—focused on helping clients develop practical tools for lasting change and renewed confidence.
