KALLY TRUONG
Chief Executive Officer | Registered Clinical Counsellor
Meet Kally, RCC #21994
Hi, I’m Kally Truong, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and a first-generation Chinese-Canadian therapist.
I work with young people, parents, and families, especially those connected to law enforcement, public safety, and justice fields.
My background is different from most therapists. After graduating from SFU’s Criminology program I worked with the police departments, youth in custody, mental health review boards, and community mental health programs. Through experience, I saw firsthand how much a confidential space can matter, somewhere to decompress, process difficult emotions, and build the resilience to keep going.
You shouldn’t have to choose between doing this work and taking care of yourself or your family. That’s why I founded Valour Health.
