Patrick Bourke

Patrick Bourke is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, holding a Master of Counselling degree. He offers in-person counselling in North Vancouver and telehealth, by phone or video, across British Columbia. His work is person-centred, strength-based, collaborative, and trauma-informed, focused on helping clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.

He often supports clients who are used to carrying responsibility, staying composed under pressure, and pushing through difficult experiences. His approach creates space to slow down, speak openly, and make sense of what has been happening, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

Patrick integrates practical strategies with deeper reflection, helping clients strengthen resilience, improve communication, develop healthier coping patterns, and move forward with greater confidence.
